Thank you for using HoldMyTicket. It is our goal to provide stress-free event ticketing with lower fees. It is important that you are made fully aware of our ticketing policies to ensure complete understanding and satisfaction with our service.

All sales are final, no refunds. All purchases are subject to credit card approval. In the event of any changes or postponements you will be contacted by email. In the event of a cancellation, you will be automatically refunded the ticket face value. HMT fees will not be refunded. Please make sure you can attend the event before you make a purchase.

Ticketing Policies and Pricing

We sell tickets on the behalf of venues, theaters, promoters, teams and other event providers. They provide the information you see in the event listings and they set the prices and availability of tickets.

If you have a question about an event that you don't see listed, please contact the venue or promoter holding the event or contact us at support@holdmyticket.com.

Event Information and Online Content

HoldMyTicket sells tickets online on the behalf of our clients. Unless specifically noted, HoldMyTicket does not itself host or promote any events. All details of events for sale through HoldMyTicket are under the control of and the responsibility of the client listing the event. HoldMyTicket does not and cannot review all details and information provided by our clients. Details, dates, and times are subject to change.

HoldMyTicket is not liable or responsible for the content provided by its users, clients or other third parties.

Credit Cards

HoldMyTicket accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. Your credit card will be billed immediately upon placement of your order. HoldMyTicket does not store your full credit card number, only the last four digits.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation number (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with HoldMyTicket Customer Service whether or not your order has been placed. Only you may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process. HoldMyTicket will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) if you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.

HoldMyTicket Service Fee

Tickets purchased on HoldMyTicket.com are typically subject to a non-refundable, per-ticket convenience charge. Our service fee is non-refundable, even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. HoldMyTicket reserves the right to charge an additional per-ticket processing fee if a refund is issued

Venue Fee

In some cases, events may have an additional fee. Any associated venue fees are determined by the venue and/or promoter


All sales are final. As a condition of our agreements with the artists, promoters and event planners that sell tickets through HoldMyTicket, we may not issue refunds. Please review your purchase before you commit to the transaction and be sure you want the tickets you are buying. It is also your responsibility to abide by all rules and regulations put in place by the management of the event, event venue, or other relevant party. Your tickets are a revocable license and admission may be refused at any time for any reason, subject to applicable law. No refunds are available if you or a member of your party are ejected from the venue or denied admission because of failure to comply with rules.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event and seat choices. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, promoters and theaters, generally prohibit HoldMyTicket from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact HoldMyTicket to seek a refund or exchange from HoldMyTicket when HoldMyTicket is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and HoldMyTicket may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such chargebacks have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.

If the event is canceled by the event provider, we will issue you a timely refund of the ticket's face value as authorized by the event promoter. The HoldMyTicket service charge is non-refundable. When an event is canceled, we will automatically notify ticket holders and issue refunds for the face value of the event. Please allow 5-10 business days for funds to appear in your account. In the event of a refund, we will also refund any associated "venue" fees. The HoldMyTicket service charge is non-refundable. This is because a transaction is processed online (including a refund transaction), we are charged credit card transaction service fees which are non-refundable to us. Lowering ticket fees is a high priority for us and we always try our best keep service fees much lower than other ticket providers.

Refunds are issued to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.

In the event of a postponement, we will contact you by email of the rescheduled date. Refunds on postponements are usually handled through the venue or promoter. We will do our best to assure that you are refunded if necessary. Again, HoldMyTicket Service Fess are non-refundable. Lack of response to initial date-change notification email indicates your consent to transfer tickets to the new date or time. We will contact you via the email that you provided us on checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure that this email address on file is current and deliverable.


As with refunds, HoldMyTicket may not issue exchanges. Be sure to review all details in the event information provided before you make your purchase. The same event may run at multiple dates and times, or multiple venues may have similar event names. It is your responsibility to choose the correct date and time of the event you are buying tickets for. You may change the will-call name on your tickets here http://holdmyticket.com/help/

Limit of Tickets Per Customer

When purchasing tickets on HoldMyTicket.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event. This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices.

Delivery Options

Different combinations of delivery methods may be offered. Please carefully review the list of delivery methods offered during the purchase process.


HoldMyTicket may place your first and last name, confirmation number email and any other required information on the HoldMyTicket will-call list so that you may gain entry to the venue. Only the minimum information needed to verify the identity of the will call ticket holder will be on the list. Your personal information like street address an phone number will not be made public.

Terms of Use

The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below and in our privacy policy and ticket policy, hereby included by reference. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these policies, terms and conditions.

HoldMyTicket, llc. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the site and the posting will constitute sufficient notice for a change in terms. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.


HoldMyTicket occasionally sends emails about upcoming shows in your area. We never share your email with anyone else other than the promoter we are working with for purposes of identification or notification. You can opt-out of the email newsletter at anytime by simply clicking on a link at the top of the email and we will take you off of our mailing list. If you purchase another ticket with our service in the future your email may be added to our database again.

HoldMyTicket Online Service

HoldMyTicket may change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service or website at any time, including the availability of any particular feature or service. HoldMyTicket may impose limits or restrict access to any portion or portions of it's service or website at any time. Any discontinuance or suspension of services will not affect the status of any tickets as purchased.

Unless otherwise specified all images, as well as the selection, assembly, and arrangement thereof, are the sole property of HoldMyTicket, llc., all rights reserved. Any audio or video clips are the sole property of HoldMyTicket, llc. or their respective owners. All software used on the site is the sole property of HoldMyTicket, llc. or those licensing the software. You may use the content of this site for the sole purpose of shopping on this site or placing an order on this site and for no other purpose. No materials from this site may be copied, reproduced, modified, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, distributed in any form or by any means without HoldMyTicket's prior written permission. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Limitation of Liability

You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against HoldMyTicket on behalf of yourself and any accompanying minor.

License; Ejection and Cancellation; No Redemption Value

Event Providers reserve the right, without refund of any amount paid, to refuse admission to, or eject, any person whose conduct management deems disorderly, who uses vulgar or abusive language or who fails to comply with Event Provider rules. Breach of terms or rules will terminate your license to attend the event without refund. A ticket is a revocable license and admission may be refused upon refunding the ticket's face amount. A ticket is not redeemable for cash.

You Are Subject to Search

You and your belongings may be searched on entry to the event. You consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, you may be denied entry to the event without refund or other compensation. Under certain facility rules, certain items may not be brought into the premises, including without limitation, alcohol, drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers.

Unlawful Re-Sale of Tickets; Commercial Purposes

Unlawful resale of tickets (or attempted resale) is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. A ticket shall not be used for advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes, unless formal written authorization is given by the Event Provider, provided that even if such consent is obtained, any use of HoldMyTicket's trademarks and other intellectual property is subject to HoldMyTicket's consent.
